born Buenos Aires, Argentina, to a book translator and a jewelry artist.  Mom of two adorable toddlers.

decided she wanted to be a chef when she toured Europe in a Wolksvagen camper for three months when she was 10 (what a cold winter!).  

learned the art of making European patisserie in a convent with Austrian nuns (God, did they cook!).

studied gastronomy at the IAG (Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía), in Buenos Aires.  Worked at restaurants and has been doing catering for several years both for residential events and retail.

married  to an architect with whom she exchanges ideas on the latest design trends and what’s hot in New York, Denmark, Brasil or Dubai.  Mom of two high energy toddlers.

studied at the Art Institute of Chicago, where she picked up some pretty cool design skills. Spent a couple of decades as an executive for major firms in the marketing, healthcare and communications industries.

passionate about art, culture, globetrotting and good living. She might just be the first two month old to have traveled to Iceland as a vacation spot with her mom, dad and older sister.

speaks english, spanish and portuguese and this comes in super handy when bargaining for artifacts, eating an unusual meal and making new friends.
